  • Every CMA line traced to a Schedule III line from the statements
  • Every total, ratio and MPBF figure a live Excel formula
  • Check lines that tie profit and cash back to the accounts

Every form the bank asks for, in one workbook.

Actual years come from the saved accounts. Estimate and projection years are columns you type into; everything that depends on them recalculates.

Form II

Operating statement

Sales, cost of production, and profit before and after tax, with sales growth worked out year on year.

Form III

Balance sheet analysis

Current and term liabilities, net worth, tangible net worth and the ratios a credit note quotes.

Form IV

Working capital

Current assets and current liabilities, laid out for the holding-level assessment.

Form V

Bank finance (MPBF)

The Tandon first and second methods and the turnover method side by side; a dropdown picks the one that counts.

Form VI

Funds flow

Long-term sources and uses, year on year, with a check that the movement ties.

Cash flow

Indirect method

Operating, investing and financing flows, checked against the change in cash and bank balances.

Three steps, once per client.

  1. 01

    Upload each year

The audited or provisional accounts as a PDF, scanned or not. Division I or Division II (Ind AS) is read from the wording.

  2. 02

    Save to the engagement

Each year lands on Schedule III, footed and checked. Restated comparatives are flagged, not overwritten.

  3. 03

    Download the CMA

Pick the bank finance method, download, and type in the estimate and projection years.

Yellow means yours. Everything else works itself out.

Some CMA lines need figures only the notes or the client can give: export sales, power and fuel, stocks in process. Those cells are yellow and blank. Fill them, or the projection years, and every total, ratio and bank finance figure updates. No macros, no pasted values.

Your client’s accounts stay yours.

The PDF is deleted as soon as extraction finishes, and is never used to train models. Figures are kept only when you save them to an engagement, and only your account can read them.
